I’ve been reading about how 3D printing is revolutionizing aerospace manufacturing, especially when it comes to producing lightweight components. Some companies are even printing entire rocket engines! I’m curious about how far this technology can go. Do you think 3D printing will eventually replace traditional manufacturing methods for critical aerospace components like turbine blades and fuselage parts? What are the challenges that still need to be overcome, and how might advancements in materials science push this forward?
